Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not arrange shipment on weekends and public holidays.

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days after the package is dispatched. All delivery times are estimated only. Delays may be caused by customs clearance, extreme weather or logistics carrier issues.

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $50. A flat shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout for orders under $50.

Buyers shall bear all import duties, customs taxes and local clearance fees charged by your country’s customs authority. We cannot mark packages as gifts to avoid customs charges.

If tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact your local post office first. Please reach out to our support team within 15 days after delivery confirmation for follow-up assistance.

If your items arrive broken, defective or damaged, please send clear photos of the outer package and damaged products within 7 days of receipt. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide free replacement or full refund.
